Requests and school

Ophelia sprite for kihanna

Lux sprite for kchark

Rales sketch for sharyamato

Took me a little longer than had originally thought due to various distractions. Sim-related things, school, Sherlock, other British TV shows, those sorts of things.

School is.. well, I have mixed feelings. I am extremely excited about sculpture class this semester. We will be getting a demo on some sort of robot creation type thing (I can't exactly remember what he was calling it right now) next week. Our 3 projects in that class will deal with light, sound and motion.

I have fun drawing the models in life drawing but I can't help but feel irritated with Lawler, he's just such an ass sometimes. He need to talk less.. considerably less. He ends up taking so much of the class time talking, and he takes 5 minutes to say something he could have said in 2 sentences. If I could drop his class for another and be guaranteed I could just take life drawing (without him!) next semester I probobly would..

Dude, Lux is so cute! Ophelia looks good too. But...Lux!

I'm glad you're excited about sculpture, but I guess that's kind of your thing these days! It sucks that life drawing has such a shitty professor, but I guess you just have to make your way through it and give him a terrible review at the end, lol. Someday maybe they'll get rid of that fucking guy.

Yay! I'm glad you like her :]

That is EXACTLY what I'm planning to do, actually. I'm sure it's not the first one he's gotten though.

Sims, Sherlock, British media. These sound like very valid distractions to me. heehee.

I'm so sorry you're having hard luck on drawing professors. It kind of makes me appreciate what I had even more. Valerie and Viser were both fantastic in different ways. I really wish you could have had the same experience. Hopefully you'll be able to get someone else for part two. It's really stupid that Life Drawing 2 isn't an advanced credit you can take over and over and count as multiple advanced credits like Advanced Drawing & Advanced Painting. Apparently that's how most schools work, but ours is a load a balls.

But sculpture...! Sculptuuuure! You've really found a great niche there.

Hehehe, I'm glad you enjoy her so much. :]

I think being able to retake Life Drawing II would make sense.. but of course not!

I'm so excited doing sculpture-y stuff now. After I dropped fashion design I felt really sort of stuck and directionless but I feel really on track again after last semester.

THE SPRITES! THE SKETCH! I'm always astounded by your ability to work so well in a variety of mediums. :D So lovely.

The sculpture class sounds exciting, OH I'm a bit jealous...! and looking forward to see what you'll be making for it. :)

Sorry to hear about the life-drawing professor, though...if only it was more like Dr. Sketchy's! Less talking, more drawing! Hang in there.

Also, adding this because I promised... The antler barrettes are back! (I realize that your hair is shorter now, but perhaps not too short?)

Aw, thank you! :]

Sculpture class is super exciting! We just received the sound project and I am super excited now that I have an idea for it (hopefully he doesn't shoot it down)!

If life drawing was every bit as fun as it was at Dr. Sketchy I would just be set..! It would be so very wonderful. I think I'll live though.

Those barrettes are wonderful! Thank you for linking them. My hair is long enough in the front that I think they would still work.
